Shipping & Return Policy

For returns, email us at info@lifediscoverylab.com to request a return authorization and follow instructions below:

1. Open product within the 30-day time limit.

2. Once you have shipped your used/unused product back to us–please also email the tracking number to info@lifediscoverylab.com so we can keep an eye out for it.

3. Once we receive your package back at our facility, we will then issue a refund for the product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund, less $22.80 per bottle shipping and handling, to post to your statement.

4. On orders of 2 Bottles at $157.20 each, we will refund full amount less the shipping and handling cost for each bottle.

5. On orders of 3 Bottles or more, our (Super Saver Program) these orders are not eligible for returns.
